Retail Live! is similar to many regional networking events; there is an exhibit part of the program as well as a reception. The key difference is that ONLY retailers are allowed to have an exhibit at the Retail Live! trade show other than a few VIP sponsors.
This allows the brokers, landlords, developers, and other related industry professionals who attend the program to present their projects or services to retailers actively expanding in the region.
Retail Live Team
Stacey Gilham is the founder of Retail Live! Stacey’s primary role at Retail Live! is to secure the commitments of the participating retailers and sponsors for the programs and the overall promotion of Retail Live! nationally. Stacey has been in the commercial real estate industry for 15 years with extensive experience in landlord, developer, and tenant representation. Stacey is a Licensed Florida & Texas Real Estate Broker, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and has key relationships with numerous Tenants, Developers, and Brokers throughout the country.
Michael Gilham is the President of Retail Live! Michael’s role at Retail Live! is focusing on the logistics of each event, including securing the entertainment, negotiating contracts for the venue, and overseeing the events and event staff. He is instrumental in securing retailers and sponsors for all events nationally. Michael is also the Founder of FundBuild, an Online Capital Platform, and currently holds the Series 7 and 63 Licenses.
Chris Mooney is the Vice President of Operations for Retail Live!
